The Way is not just another taxi service...... it's Special, because of the people we serve. 

Based out of the Dacula/ Hamilton Mill area, The Way serves senior adults and adults with disabilities in the North Gwinnett and immediate surrounding areas. 

It's Supportive - The Way seeks to be a viable option to adults and their caregiving families and communities, supporting them by providing much needed transportation at times when schedules conflict and there's no family, friend, or neighbor that's available to help.

It's Compassionate - The Way's number one priority is to provide a caring and uplifting atmosphere where clients feel safe and comfortable, and caregivers know their loved ones are taken care of.  The deepest and sincerest respect is shown to everyone involved, because it is The Way's desire  to build trusting and lasting relationships with all our clients and families.

It's Helpful - Alicia Rowan, owner/operator, offers companionship and assistance for those times when help is needed during errands and appointments.  From the moment she meets you at your door, to assisting you in and out of the car, and back to your front door, she's with you every step of the way.   For those home bound adults who are temporarily or indefinitely disabled, she provides a trusted errand service as well. 

It's Dedicated -  The Way's vehicle is a Jeep Commander that is serviced and maintained on a regular basis to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable ride for its clients.  The Jeep is permitted as a Georgia Motor Carrier for senior adults and disabled adults only.  Alicia Rowan, owner/operator, is licensed, insured, and has a clean driving record.  She is also CPR/AED certified.
